BRETFORTON FAMILY GROUP
We meet on Mondays during term time at 3p.m in the church for an hour.
Who are We? Mothers or grandmother’s or carers with children from birth to the end of primary school. Dads welcome too .
ITS FREE.
What do we do ? Start with juice and biscuits and then have a story usually from the Bible but it can simply be a story with a moral. The children are encouraged to reflect on the message in the story. We have songs and activities which can be craftwork, drama, making music or puzzles.
In the summer months we also make use of the churchyard and the adults are encouraged to join in, helping their children as needed. We usually close with a short prayer sometimes written or lead by the children.
