St. James’ church is at the centre of the village of Badsey, in a designated Conservation Area. It is a grade II* listed church building, parts of which date back to 12th century. There is a resident organist and choir, a flourishing Mothers’ Union, a flower guild, and a band of bell ringers who ring most Sundays. The church has a seating capacity of 180.
There is a sound system with hearing loop and wheelchair access to most of the building.
Worship is on Sunday mornings at 11:00am and on the first Wednesday of each month we have a morning Eucharist at 10:00am. There is a service of Evensong at 6:30pm on the second Sunday of the month. Please see the Home page for more details
